Its official! We are moving!

Remember all these awesome pics of our family dinners on the couch?

Well, those days are numbered cause we are getting a dining room! Woot! Woot!

Today we signed the contract on a new place and we are so excited. The big move is scheduled for the end of February. We are VERY excited!

Its about 1800 square feet {big jump from our current 800!} and has three bedrooms. One for us, one for Ava, and one for the man cave. Plus it has a big dining room, massive living room, a large storage room, two bath rooms with dual sinks, and his and her walk in closets. And if that wasn't enough.... it includes utilities {yes, I will be cranking up the heat guilt free!} , shortens Ryan's commute, and isn't that much more than what we are paying now.

The trade off is its kind of old. Built in the 1970s. But they are very clean and well maintained. The trim, cabinets, and doors have been painted white and given new hardware for an update. Its not my usual style, but I'm excited to see what decorating magic I can do. So stay tuned for upcoming pictures and decorating adventures!
