Weekend Getaway

Ryan's parents were in town and he asked them to stay with Ava so we could have a much needed getaway together.  This was actually the first time we have left Ava overnight.  (I had some mild separation anxiety, Ava did not.)  For the last 6 weeks, Ryan has been working some insane hours and we have had almost no time together.  We were all feeling tired, stress, and lonely for each other.  We had a wonderful time together and are feeling very rejuvenated!

I packed Ryan's bag since he was working late and I didn't include his flip flops because I assumed he would change into them when he got home from work because he usually does.  But this time, he didn't.  Yes, he really went out in public like this, and yes, I was embarrassed--he was not :)
