Fun Times in March

We got cabin fever!  It was still cold (about 34 degrees) but we felt so cooped up that we braved the cold and bundled up and went to the park:

Luckily, a few days later it warmed up to almost 80 degrees and we enjoyed a picnic at the park:

Ryan had the day off, so he got to join us at the park:

A family trip to Costco! We love the samples and eating their hot dogs for dinner.  Its getting difficult for me to lift Ava into the cart and the heavy bulk items into the cart, so its nice to have Ryan's muscles along to help:

I decided to learn how to make hair bows. I don't consider myself a very crafty person, but I decided I should at least learn how to make some hair bows now that we'll be having 2 little girls :) Here is my first attempt:

More snow!  Another 7 inches, to be exact.  Church was canceled and we enjoyed a cozy day at home.   Ava was pretty excited to go sledding again:

Ryan throwing snowballs at the pregnant photographer.  He missed.  I did not when I returned fire :)

An attempt at snowboarding on the sled:

Alright, it was fun... but I'm ready for spring!

  1. I'm pretty jealous that it looks like you guys have a great sledding hill right in your backyard!
